Dead Horse. Step Back.
Standing on the edge like these two fearless photographers, their entire foreground is in dark shadow for much of the morning. Step Back and include some foreground that's getting some nice light. Shadows have less color and detail, even if you lighten them later in a photo editor like Lightroom or photoshop.
