V09 sunburst Mesa Arch 84037d_0840.jpg

The Shot.
This is the classic photo of Mesa Arch that most photographers are hoping for. There are often 20 to 30 photographers, all using tripods, huddled around a very small opening. Use a very small lens aperture, like f-22, for a better star effect.
You can also run across the arch, it's about 8 feet wide, but a 500 foot drop. Shortly after this was taken, almost everyone was gone, nice.
